A roadside cluster of boulders off Palmer Rd near Combermere, Ontario. Great for the beginner to moderate climber, and several more difficult problems are waiting to be established.
5 min. Parking is available for 3-4 vehicles at an ATV trailhead on the left travelling Palmer Rd from Combermere just past Tilleman Rd – park to the side and keep the trail open for other recreationists. Roadside parking is also allowed on the highway or sideroads. From the road, continue up the trail about 50m and take the sharp left turn. Walk approximately 100m to the highpoint in the trail (you’ll be able to spot the cliff and many boulders on your right while you walk) and take a right at the pines on the footpath lined with a series of logs leading up to the Breakfast Boulder. All other boulders will be in reference to standing at this boulder facing the cliff.
