sit down start on the north side of it. start on some very small painful crystal crimps and not much for the feet. the crux would be getting your butt off the ground and making the next two moves. On the water side there is a couple V0-V1 options. on the rd side you can traverse from south to the north which is quite fun. Lots of other options if using SDS.
Drive west from Salmon Arm ten minutes and turn right onto the Sunnybrae Canoe Point Road just past Tappen. Drive for a few minutes along the Shuswap Lake and park in a tiny dirt pullout on the right. Walk down to the lake in seconds where the boulder and a rope swing is on a tree.
