Description:

Northern-most sector at the crag. When facing the cliffs from the parking area, Sector 1 is at the far right. Sector 1 has a few routes on the vertical face with pockets and cracks (Solstice, Motivation, Tiens Bien la Rampe) and a few slab routes around the corner (Hook or Die, Decrescendo, Psyche). Sector 1 gets partial shade from tall pine trees in the morning from around 7 - 10 am, and then goes into full shade by early afternoon.

From the parking lot, hike up the approach trail until you pass the two symmetrical boulders shaped like triangles. When you are behind the symmetrical boulders, take the path to the right and continue until you reach Sector 1.
