Description:
One of the coolest mini-sportclimbing areas in the Koots. Amazing features up steep walls. Around a dozen lines. If you get rained out at Gimli, or are in the Slocan area - check this place out!
Directions:
View on MapFrom Slocan townsite, follow directions to Mt Gimli/Valhallas. At the Gimli turnoff (Bannock), set odo to one and go about 2km up the road. On the left is some orange flagging, downslope 50m is Helheim. If you reach KM 33 you've gone too far, and if you reach a larger boulder on your right as you drive to Gimli, turn around and go back 700m or so down the road. The crag is somewhat hidden but visible from road
