The two obvious bulges in the mountain range, nicknamed Las Tetas de Cayey. The location of the mountain peak provides a panoramic view into the mountain range to the north and out to the coast to the south. Peak elevation: 2,762 feet / 842 m.

The right teta was developed much earlier than the left teta. You can purchase a very helpful downloadable PDF guide book for it from http://aventuraspr.com/store/
Cerro Las Tetas is located in the municipality of Salinas, not Cayey, but traditionally it's referred to as Las Tetas de Cayey, possibly because the mountain range is called La Sierra de Cayey (which happens to span multiple municipalities).
