Description:

One of the best of the grade in Frank! Located on the Lime Kiln boulder, which is found by driving east along the gravel road through the south part of the Slide. Drive east through the Slide, well past the Healing parking, rounding a left-turn. Look for a clearing on your left with an old barb-wire fence in front of it. Park here, cross the fence, and follow a faint trail into the trees. The Lime Kiln boulder should appear within a few minutes walking. "Tonic" climbs the obvious compression feature up the middle of the face you first see on the approach. Sit-start matched on obvious low edge/jug on the right-side of the feature, and climb up and left.

This line just like many of the other ones on this boulder is really fun! The reach out to the arete feels pretty cool. Some people might have to use a sneaky little crimp intermediate before the arete but I would definitely recommend checking out this route and this boulder. Just beware of ticks during the warm seasons.

I enjoyed this line a lot more than burning lime, the big windmill style move with the left hand to grab the top lip felt awesome!
