  Adam DiCiacca:   Right hand to small crimp, move your left and right foot higher, bump the right hand again to the obvious big pinch. I am only 5'8" so height/reach should not be an issue if you move your feet high enough unless you are shorter than I am.

  5.9 climbing to the last draw and then a 12a crux one move wonder. Fun climb. Worth doing. If you get stuck, you can pull on the last draw to finish the climb.
