Illumination – 5.13b
Description:
Illumination goes up the middle of the steep main wall. Start with bouldery opening sequence to a decent rest below the roof. Once you leave the rest its big pulls between bad pinches and side pulls to a sketchy clip. The real crux is the pump past all the steep climbing to an obvious side pull. Skip some draws and hold on to the top.

2022-05-14Such a great route. It has everything from steep, tech, pump and so much fun. Was hard to confirm grade. Ended up taking more days than i thought. Maybe around 10-12 days between end of last season and this spring. Feels like hard 8a or soft 8a+. Been working the route with other ppl. See where it settles.
