2021-07-10This was hard for me. I tried last season when I was in shape but could not do the crux move from the ground. Came back this year and was able to sort out the foot beta. Prob 5-10 days of effort. Mason had a secret knee scum, never figured it out, just pulled hard and went straight up the middle. Amazing power crimp crux with a hard last move to the jug. Loved it.
