Bouldering in Squamish was limited to the Bog Wall in Murrin Park until 1996 when a group of boulderers from Victioria set up shop at the base of The Chief. They quietly started unearthing classic after classic until the secret was out. Now there are easily over 500 problems in the forest and that number keeps growing as new areas are found and developed.
