It looks like Sendage uses a deprecated feature of google maps, where it used to be able to import .kml files directly using an url.For example, clicking the google map on the page http://sendage.com/area/skaha-bc-canada links to http://maps.google.com/maps?t=p&q=http%3A%2F%2Fsendage.com%2Fareas%2Fkml%2F113%2F%3Ftm%3D1497373687 which doesn’t work. I can download the kml file directly and then open it in google earth, but doesn’t seem to be an automatic way.
Note sure what would be a good way to fix it, but Google has some notes here: https://developers.google.com/maps/support/kmlmaps

Jeremie – so sorry for the late reply!! Thanks for the info. This was totally overlooked on my part. I’ll investigate.
