Cockpit – V8 ↓
Description:
This is in the Birthday Boulders (not Bonzai). Birthday Boulders area can be accessed by coming from the parking lot, and heading left on the path. Cockpit is on the Reggae Recipe boulder, last big boulder on the left before hitting the headwall. SDS on sloping edge and climb straight up over bulge. Make sure that top out is cleaned off!

2019-05-07Stoked as always to put another down, especially after extensively cleaning it last summer. Lots of subtle beta to work through the first couple moves. Sick climb. Not the best sit start position or landing but that's not the climbs fault!

2018-11-12First move was all about the feet squeezing for me. Stick the left hand, than throw a heel and cross to match the stand start hold. Went quicker on the slab today. Very solid climb here at Carver, good length, technical.

2013-05-05I did it the hard way going left hand. Going right hand is probably more like V7. 8 points in the book though. Did all the moves connecting this into Reggae! Psyched.
