  codymeadows:   Heel hook to start then left hand cross to a mini pinch with right hand on the bad arete’s nose. After catching the mini pinch I go up right to compress on a sloper on the right face, then left hand to crimp, then right hand to good edge. Top out is trivial as holds get increasingly better.

  V7 is the correct grade, assuming you start from the obvious starting position (right hand pinching/holding bottom of arete). Beginning from the crimp halfway up the right arete is stupid and dumb and also stupid... and dumb.

  It looks like there is some confusion of the start holds. Either its a super easy 5 or so, or it is pretty much pulling onto the crux of the V10 Rose Colored Glasses.

  2nd try send, hit the crux move on the first try but didn’t have beta afterwards sorted. Awesome climb with weird body positions! The sit is also very close. I’ve got about 13 tries into the sit, done all the moves, just on send burns now.

  Definitely bring a spotter for this one, takes a committing heel. Pretty awesome looking boulder. Careful not to dab at the end.
