The Sound of Perseverance – 5.12c

20m / 65ft, 7 bolts

Description:

Shooting up the middle of the cave, this gymnastic line hangs a left after the fourth bolt shared with Redneck, veering into the memorable crux sequence on suddenly not-so-great holds targeting a big ‘ol bucket at the lip. For my money, Perseverance is the best route at the Zoo. [FFA Kevin Won 5/2013]

I think the 600 kneebars that r abundantly obvious on this make it easier than 12c. Stoked to onsight even with super bloodied and cut up fingers

First try but I guess it's not an OS since I climbed the first 4 draws via the 12b first. Either way it's not much harder than the 12b beside it. Smaller, but still good holds through the crux. Less reachy than the 12b overall.
