  lizzyasher:   right foot on small but good foot, an ride that for the three bumps to the lip (forget the heel hooks, they are needed). switch feet on that foot hold and paste a right foot- jump for the lip, hold the swing and heel hook your way to an easy mantel.

  Third time on it. Third try from the ground. Really fun, gymnastic movement! A really important send for me since I royally busted my ankle on it a year and a half a go or more, and tore a hole in my ring finger last time I tried it 8 months ago.
