Poutine Cave – V4 ↓
Description:
Start matched on the mid overhang pinch. The original problem started on a now broken edge (still do-able). Once given V6 in the 3rd edition of the guidebook, this problem gets V2 in the 4th edition.

Maybe one day I will onsight v6, but this felt v3ish at best. Maybe this is a make up for all those sandbagged v4's :p -

Maybe a low left hand pinch for a 6 and the mid height pinch a 3? Or a left hand mid height and the right hand start on the broken original start hold for a v4/5?

"Start on a mid cave pinch". Thought I did the right start, didn't see anything lower down though. Started matched on a pinch and did one somewhat big move to the nice flat hold. There's absolutely no way that was V6. Maybe I did it wrong . . .

Made the first move off the low right hand (which was balls hard), got my left hand on the start of the V1 top out, about to move up when suddenly the key foot hold broke and my feet fell onto the rock below. Dismaymed but not mentally broken, I completed the problem using a bat hang... glad I did as this was one of the most hilarious moves I have done in squamish.

saw this problem while doing some easy stuff and thought id give it a go flashed it would call it a v6/7 at most but a problem worth doing none the less
