The knee bar feels much better if you stick your leg pretty far in and get your lower leg / shin vertical (or close to it).
Novel climb. I think a bit easier than the 6 it's given but maybe it's body geometry.
A bicep curl - situp - kneebar traverse. A must-do for the entertainment value alone!
Long legs probably help for the knee bar

Good, but definitely not as good as the Yosemite version. Wear long pants.
The top isn't hard, but I did a good job making it look hard.
Does that kneebar feel less weird when you're tall? I just underclinged and tried not to dab
God I love knee bars.
Kneepad makes it bearable.
