This is the main climbing area at Jacks Canyon, with the majority of 'old school' Jack's classics. It is also the easiest area to visit from the rim top camping area and outhouse.
The problems in this area are steep, powerful, enjoyable and tough. The most well known for the Top 100 Baby Cthulu V7 but also contains the Top 100 Mountain King Right V7 right doesnt see many ascents.
Please see Aidan Nickel's guide for info on Swamp Boy, the first boulder developed in this area. Info on Swamp Baby, a recent addition by Graydon Smith can be found here, including rough topos, photos, and descriptions. https://docs.google.com/document/d/18BAwlYck5Zb8Lg3sdUaWnTHXblvgGpGcDMwQ9ly5yxI/edit?usp=drivesdk
Located about 2 minutes before Swamp Boy. This low-ball boulder yields many options for beginner climbers or those looking to warm-up for the area, being even easier than its beginner-friendly sibling Swamp Boy, with great landings. https://docs.google.com/document/d/18BAwlYck5Zb8Lg3sdUaWnTHXblvgGpGcDMwQ9ly5yxI/edit?usp=drivesdk
Great winter sport climbing area 30 miles south of Winslow, Arizona. The climbing is characterized by short bouldery limestone routes. Lots of fun 11's and 12's.
Indian Creek contains countless miles of wingate walls, but from a broader view these wall are all rather non-descript. The real landmarks in Indian Creek are the towers... When driving into the area, the first group of towers that one comes to are the obvious Bridger Jack Mesa and its associated towers. This compact area offers a relatively moderate approach and several quality short summit routes. - Mountain Project
